How’s it goin o’er there, in your kitchen on your side of the world?

These tandoori drumsticks are a family favorite of ours, it’s fun to share them with you!With the mint rice and super-quick homemade mango (or apricot) chutney, this meal is one of the best in my opinion.

A few pointers on drumsticks:

  • Line a baking sheet with foil, then set a cookie rack on top. Place your drumsticks on that, that way they don’t get soggy!
  • Broil them for a minute or two on high after they are fully cooked, this allows them to get nice an crispy on the outside!
