Dehydrolyzed chicken protein with yellow 5 food coloring added, not so much. Real foods are what we need to get back to. Our bodies simply were not designed to absorb and run off of “food” manufactured with artificial ingredients and chemicals in a facility. Real foods include all the food groups- from proteins to sweets and everything in between, and at ERWM we are all about choosing healthy, real options in each category.
We chose to not include gluten in any of our meals because of the overall health benefit to all people. A wheat product can always be added to a meal, but we don’t believe it should be the foundation of any meal. ERWM believes the more colorful the plate, the better.
The shopping list and meal plan amounts are for 2 adults, and often yield some extra. With this baseline, singles can easily divide and families can multiply.
Ha! Good question. I discovered that the answer to this dreamy reality is found in the word: strategy. Each meal plan includes two meals that can be made in 20 hands-on minutes and four meals that can be made in only 5 hands-on minutes. On the 20 minute days, you will be cooking a larger amount of various proteins and veggies to be used in subsequent meals, once they are each changed or added to, in order to make each meal unique in taste.
ERWM meal plans are HIGHLY versatile so you can actually mix and match the days as works best for YOU. You can choose to make some meals as lunches and others as dinners, or to use the plan as your weekly dinner guide.
